motherboard
case (door if possible)
ram (about 6-8 gig)
hdd (about 2tb traditional hd and ssd hdd)
psu
fans (as silent as possible but good air flow)
cpu cooler (as silent as possible but good air flow)
cd/dvd drives (as silent as possible)

i want it to be as quiet as possible and as fast as possible as i plan on keepin it for a few years

OK
well what are you wanting to do with the PC? You dont say? game? encode? render? edit? what?
Also you seem to of already decided on what you actually want, you state i7, NVidia GPU, 6 gig RAM, SSD + 2Tb storage and quiet case etc, so are you basically after advice on a quiet case? or are you willing to change what you seem to of already decided on? If it were best to

sorry should have said it'll be used for gaming and web browsing, im after advice on what to get really

Well at present i5 is just as good if not slightly better for gaming and cheaper allowing money to be spent elsewhere. Who know whats going to be case with gfx cards come then, really couldnt speculate. If you do end up going for an 1156 socket, 4 gig of RAM is fine for gaming, and 1366 6 gig no need for any more
The Intel X25M G2 is generally regarded as the best SSD, at present, things could change
PSU wise look at Corsair, universally good make, and the HX series is modular and newer so slightly more efficient
CPU cooler - either a Noctua HSF or prolimatech/true + fan or maybe a corsair H50
case is very much personal choice but if youre after quiet Id look at the antec P series (183/193)
