I like this build :)

small ssd for your os
gt 430 much better than an 8400. haven't looked into it but the 8400 probably wont be far off the integrated graphics of the sandybridge processor.
i dont like benq monitors. we had some at work and they were cheapy made and bad quality.
seasonic psu is gold rated , for a pc or this stature you want the best possible psu behind you expsecially if you will be running a daft amount of vm's constantly.
geil ram in my build, is cheaper and you wont see a difference between them and ones you picked.
put some nice thermal paste on there

mug and energy drink are optional

i did not change the keyboard/graphic card as i expect the 8400 be ok for not gaming purposes...

Is it one of the ocuk pre-built system?

If no gaming or running graphics intensive app then is it not better just to use the CPU integrated graphics?

Also if you're not going to overclock then you can get away with cheaper motherboard and stock cooler, or even a non-K CPU for that matter. Otherwise you can consider OCUK's pre-overclocked system, too :)
