if you search for AM4 VRM Tier list you can see that the X570 is S Tier VRM design and already a 5900x can be maxed out on a C tier motherboard. Unless you want some I/O Or features of the X570 tomahawk, you can get the B450 tomahawk and be fine.

Save you some money or you can use that to upgrade a different part of your rig.
