What is it your trying to do? Boot the PC from a USB stick so you can get Windows installed?

If so when the PC turns on keep pressing F8 (I think this is the boot menu) and it should give you an option of what to boot from, select the USB stick and press enter.

It will load the install for Windows on the USB stick and follow the on screen steps.

You shouldn't need to do anything in the BIOS to get your PC ready for Windows.

Put the USB stick in and see what hapepns.

If it doesn't work you may need to change the boot order.

Actually, just watched @mickyflinn ...pretty well explains itall so below not needed, as is the way i did it. I'm a bit lazy so on an old version now, but it works, so not messing with it..i did the bios update to make sure the 7800x3d cpu worked without frying, but boards now should have a more up to date version than that

just see what bios you're on 1st before messing around. if a new board you should be on fairly recent one anyway, or are you putting a 9000 series cpu in? and require the newest

However if you really want to do it, below is way I did it

Get a usb stick. Below is link to new bios for board

download the bios you want....(they'll be listed by date) and extract file, and put onto the usb stick...make sure it's not in a sun directory or anything .remember to rename it SB650EE.CAP. Stick it into the pc with board you're updating, boot it up. Hit F2 or Del when the asus logo comes on(actually tells you that on screen also).
Got to the easy flash section on bios(had to watch vid as not at home yet...so tools/easyflash..)...you'll get an option to install new bios...if you hit that it'll search and you'll see the usb and click file name, and then install...(if you're unsure, and want to wait a few hours till i get home, I can throw up some pics if that's easier for you , but vid is pretty self explanatory)

at this point DONT TOUCH ANYTHING and let it finish

once done it'll tel you and say it needs to reboot....click ok, pc reboots, and you're done

there's a bios flashback button on the back also, but i prefered to go through bios...at least you can see what you're doing and you can see it install

I have done it . Thanks but now i have got other problem . I set up BIOS but when i put my pendrive to instal Windows is nothink happen and even i cannot get again to BIOS

I'd take the windows pendrive out, power down the pc, unplug to make double sure, leave it a minute and try boot back up, hitting F2 and delete to see if you can get back into bios.
If still nothing happens, power down and take the cmos battery out for a minute..that should take the pc back to default settings, then try again

There is a Clear CMOS button on the rear io panel, along with a Flashback button (To use Flashback the pendrive with the bios on has to be in a specific USB port on the rear)
Try the Bios reset first. If that fails remove the battery as someone else suggested. I tend to remove the battery with the PSU switch off. Then flick the PSU switch on for say 15 seconds. Then flick the switch off again and press the power switch on the PC to drain any residual power. Re-insert bios battery.

Also as someone else mentioned, once you do get it to post again. Keep tapping F8 on startup which should give you the option to choose what drive to boot from.
