Looking for a new pc.

Keep getting BSOD and it’s really draining, even trying to run simple games like Over the top WW1, PEAK never loads and various other games take AGES to load then lag.

General performance is buggy and slow.

Rather pay monthly if an option

Cheers

What's your budget and what is your old pc spec ?

Resolution you game at ?
Processor - AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8 core
Ram - 16gb
Graphics Card - NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti

Probably around 1.2-1.5, monthly payments the better option for me

Just looking for something where the BSOD won’t happen, gameplay is smooth and fast loading up times as my pals get in way before me

Also get pop ups saying driver and other components need updating but I regularly update drivers etc

As others have said, use the template as it helps massively.

If you keep getting blue screens and alerts for bios updates, have you thought about having the PC repaired? This could be software or bios or component related but may well be easier to fix.

Guessing you do not do anything hands on with the PC building yourself?

If you could resolve your current problems you may find what you have only needs a few upgrades.

Newer 5000 series CPU after a bios update.
New 32gb memory kit.
New graphics card.

I would possibly go as far as backing up any files you want to keep and doing a fresh windows install too once the memory and other components are tested.

A full detailed spec list helps us evaluate your PC and possible upgrades or faults.
As do details from your Windows Event Viewer or your Mini dump files, if you want to start narrowing down what is causing problems.

Is your PC dusty or having cooling issues?
I bought it pre built on Facebook mate.
It has dust covers etc and never had cooling issues tbh, was playing a game last night and it just turned off like someone turned the power off at the plug which hasn’t happened before.

Just want to know what pc to get built or buy pre built so I can start fresh and enjoy gaming without the stress of crashes etc. Probably be cheaper getting a new one that a full upgrade tbh
