New perfomance memory

I want to buy some performance ram for my desktop. My mobo lets me choose either DDR2-400; DDR2-533 & DDR2-667.

Could you advise me some best buy of 2x512MB (matched pair) with my budget up to £200?

with a budget of 200 quid why not go for 2x1Gb sticks?

Performance, expensive DDR2 kits are DDR800 or DDR1066.

A good DDR667 kit is something like OCZ 2GB (2 x 1GB) PC5400 Dual Channel Gold GX XTC Series EL-DDR2 at £152.69

2x1gb gskill hz pc2-6400 would be your best bet, even if it involves overclocking your fsb to get it up to stock speeds.
