New phone help!

I'm at that time again where I'm in the process of upgrading my phone. I currently have the Blackberry Bold 9700. It's been a great phone! It's never broken down, battery life has always been long lasting, everything about the phone has been great!

However it's time to upgrade this little device. I actually don't like shopping around for phones because I can never make up my mind.

I've kind of narrowed it down between the Blackberry Torch 9800 or the iPhone 4. I didn't like the iPhone to start with, but since the iPhone 4 I have thought more about it. I do like the Blackberry messenger on my phone and also having such a good experience with Blackberry would want to carry on with them.

Although, perhaps a change is in order to sample a new variety. After all took a chance with the Blackberry and turned out really well. However the one big thing I don't like about the iphone is the cost of them! It's unbelievably expensive and you ave to pay £200 or over for one on an 18 month contract at £30-£35 a month!
So that is putting me off them.

Any thoughts to which phone you would pick and why? Or go for something else and what?

Why not get the Bold 9780?, a newer faster version of your Bold, also the iPhone 4's are good, but you should really look at Android phones aswell if your going that route

The iPhone 4 is the better choice.

Some of the Blackberry phones have great features primarily aimed at business, if you get a Blackberry, it should be because you NEED one. If you are in RIMs target market, you should know about it.

For personal use, there is just so much more to the iPhone 4 than any of the current Blackberry offerings, and in fact there always will be

Primarily phone, BBM and email = Blackberry.

Everything (and I mean everything) else = iPhone.
