Its new phone time and it must last me for 18 months (my k700 has lasted 15 months).
Was decieded on Sony Ericsson W810i but then saw Nokia N70 - both at £49.99
Don't want to spend more than £50 on the handset - so that rules out Orange SPV M5000 at £379.99

Liking W810i as it uses same memory as my PSP, so when i upgrade PSP memory Phone can have it.

Both 2MP but N70 also has 3G.

So: Nokia N70 OR Sony Ericsson W810i ?
Opinions please...

i got my w810 this morning, on the flext contract, for 30quid, its impressing me, with every touch, has so many features, walkman, games, camera, and looks great, highly recommended.

Will you actually use the 3G service?

If not - go for the W810. I've got the W800i which rules - and they're pratically the same...

Wouldn't use video calling currently but maybe in the future, so getting it now could be 'future-proofing' (I want to keep new phone for 18 months).
OR maybe video calling won't be massive in 18 months time (unfortunately I can't predict the future) :p

I think the main difference between the two is that the N70 is a smartphone and the W810i isn't.

If you think you think you might want to use sat nav, sync with your PC or install 3rd party software on your phone then get the N70.

Otherwise, the W810i is probably you best bet.
