We are in the middle of renovating our house, had a wall plastered a few weeks ago. My daughter want to wall paper it, it’s a feature wall. Now what’s the best way to seal before I wall paper it.
I have read a few method online and spoke to someone in B&Q about it yesterday. Do I go with a official sealant? Do a mist coat of paint watered down? Or use some wallpaper paste to seal it?

I would put a mist coat of emulsion on it first, then wallpaper over. Screwfix sell bare plaster paint, which is an already watered down emulsion. It covers very well, but has got very expensive recently so swapped over to the Dulux Matt emulsion as it's on offer at the mo. 700ml paint to 300ml water seems to work very well with the cheap paint sprayer I picked up from Lidl.

Most coat with emulsion. Plaster takes month to fully dry so avoid painting with any hard wearing type paints that form a skin

Yeah I'd be leaving it for a while before papering it like

Chuck a few mist coats of standard emulsion on it and let it sit for a bit

Yip - what others have said - coat it with some emulsion - allow it a good week or so to properly soak in and dry, then just paper it
