Hey All,

I'm on the look for a small and portable for when I don't have the DSLR with me.

I used to have a Panasonic LX100 but due to the strong rumours at Photokina (2016) this year on the upgraded model, I sold it, which I am now starting to regret.

So I am on the lookout again for a point and shot camera which has excellent image quality above video use and also is ability to produce pictures with excellent bokeh.

These are my current shortlist:

Sony DSC-RX100 IV
Canon G7X Mark II
Panasonic LX15

or another Panasonic LX100 or another recommendation up to £1000.

Thanks All.

Thanks for the link.

I think I've now narrowed my choices down to the following:

Sony RX100 M4
Sony A6300

I just need to find somewhere to test them both out.

With those two choices before making a decision, you need to decide if you are after a digital camera or compact system camera?

Then I would highly recommend having a serious look at Fuji's X-Trans offerings...

Point and Shoot - Fuji X100T
CSC - X-T10 or X-T1

Or for the same price as the A6300 then have a look at the X-Pro2
