New potatoes

Im cooking a couple of lovely fillets of salmon tonight and have got me veg and jersey royals to accompany.

Now i love jersey royals cooked perfectly with just butter, but im in the mood for something different. Any ideas what i can do to them that will go with the pan fried salmon?

I often do that when im having lamb steaks. New potatoes with rosemary and garlic is an absolute treat.
