New Power Supply for Gibabyte 970

Just looking at my old Corsair HX620W power supply and I have two Graphics Card outputs with six holes.

Looking at the 970 card that I'll be getting, I need a six hole output and an eight hole output.

Can I use my existing power supply or do I need to change that as well with the new card?

Sorry if I'm not using the right teminology.

You would not require a new psu all you need is one of these adapter cables

The new card might already come with an adapter you would need to check but there only a few £ anyway.

Do not buy these adapter cables!!!

Gigabyte already got it bundled GTX 970 cards with 2 adapter cables.

You don't need a new PSU, your Corsair HX620W combined 54A will work fine with GTX 970's 28A, plenty of power.

Okay, life is good. Card received and connectors included so I can use my existing power supply.
