New power supply needed..

Hello everyone.

I have 2 * sapphire 6870's ruuning in crossfire mode at the moment.....well up until last night when my power supply went up in smoke.

Can anyone recommend a good power supply i can get to replace my broken 1.
I am running a I5 760 with 4 gig ram.... 2 hard drives.....it isnt overclocked at the minute.

All of the XFX Psu's are very good IMO and very good value for money

650W should be more than enough. I bet maybe even 500W can do it if you don't overclock and stress with P95/LinX + Furmark at the same time.

Personally I prefer Corsair and Seasonic.

650 would be the minimum and I certainly wouldn't be pushing cf on 500W supply

I'd go 750 or higher as it gives you plenty of headroom and you won't have to worry about overclocking at a later date. Plus you won't be pushing the PSU so it'll stay nice and quiet .
