new power supply

not sure if this should be here or in oc/cooling.

adding a tec or maybe 2 to my system, initially a 227 pelt, 25A, 12v
don't see the point on spending 100squid on a meanwell so was concidering a Silverstone SST-OP750, 12v output of 60amps on a single rail.

everyone seems to be raging about dual or quad rail psus but that obviously wouldn't work (unless you can wire the pelt to run from 2 rails?)

so would this be at all decent?

I'd go for the Etasis ET850. I was looking for a high output PSU a while ago and settled on this from reading many reviews.

And? It won't just draw the power from one rail will it?

afaik i thought it did? don't they tend to be one rail pci-e, mobo, molex, sata

I'd have to check the manual, but I have four PCI connecters and I'm sure they all run off different rails, all shared with mobo/cpu/drives etc.
