New Power supply

Hi everyone

I have recently come to the conclusion after testing various different components in other machines to eliminate the different reasons why my computer wouldn't start the my PSU is to blame. I currently have an OCZ ModXStream 600w PSU and was wondering what other PSU's people have and what do they recommend?

i have one of these http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CA-022-CS&groupid=701&catid=123&subcat=1084 they are very good but is is always best to stick to the name brands. ie antec cooler master corsair be quiet and tagan psu's hope this helps

Do u have any problems with this PSU? I'm just making sure as last caused PC to shut down randomly

The OCZ ModXStream is a pretty decent PSU, you might have just been unlucky. Have you checked if it's still within warranty?

well it says a 3year warranty, but I purchased it nearly a year ago so might have changed so I dont know?

If it's 3 year warranty then it should be fine to get a replacement.
