New Pre build problem

Battlefield War Rush Intel Core i5 2500K 3.30GHz @ 4.40GHz DDR3 Limited Edition Quad Core System

Problem with the above ,received yesterday and all was good until late last night when the pc was left to do some updates and at some point auto shutdown occurred. When we try and power up it try's then gives up for 2/3seconds then fires up but goes nowhere fans spinning etc but nothing .now I've just read the following that is posted in the review section .

First of all, excellent build-time by OCuK, ordered 9:20 wednesday morning, collected 12:00 thursday afternoon!
Installed everything without any issues, however forgot to turn off sleep mode as advised by OCuK leading to the BIOS locking and having to remove the battery/put back in this morning, sleep mode is now off!

One thing I would say is definitely upgrade the GPU as the 5450 is way too dated!

All in all though excellent service, only reason why it's not 5 stars is due to having to deactivate sleep mode!

Ps. it's completely silent which is excellent!

Now this could be our problem as the pc auto shutdown so if I do the above remove battery etc will we loose the overclocked settings that the bundle comes with ?
