Hi Guys

It gives me great pleasure to announce a new series of pre watercooled cases from tech labs.

We take care of everything ensuring that you only have to install the CPU block.

We have a choice of Mayhems coolants available and some products give you a case colour option.

These use standardised Water Cooling hardware that offers immense performance based on proven testing and results.

To make things even more interesting, the Prodigy and Phenom cases come with altered versions of our popular Tech Labs Fathom coolers which are capable of keeping an AMD APU at 5GHz on the 240mm radiator astounding results.

Check out the range here

All of these come with xspc compression fittings which are the most secure we have tested.

I notice you have the 900d with bay res and im sure as I have a 900d and a bay res that does not fit, also im sure im someones build log they say the same thinig how do you guys get it to fit ?

they do fit, not sure what problem the user in question is having?

we fit two of the 750 version in the front of this build with no issues at all?

the design is different but not enough so that it wouldn't fit.

I can only assume that if there is something stopping it fitting perfectly then we can make the necessary adjustments to the chassis to ensure it fits whilst keeping your warranty in place.

Pictures will be updated as sales take place

we are in planning stages of a video to go with the range for OcUK:TV also :)

Got my eye on the phenom(not decided on mitx or matx), do you only do the 140mm rad for the matx and no 240mm option like with the mitx model?

yes.

its intentionally like that.

you could probably fit a 240 in the roof of the matx phenom/prodigy but it would mean that it would be incompatible with any setups that include graphics cards larger than two pci slots

we didnt want to end up having to write a comprehensive compatibility list as it ultimately would never be 100% accurate.

this way the rad is mounted on the rear of the case and out of the way of the cpi devices and hard drives.

I'm interested in the 750D On the details page it says :

- G1/4" to 1/2" Barb (Black Chrome) x6
- Plastic Hose Clip x6

I just wanna double check it comes with compression fittings. Also is it possible to change the colour of the tubing if possible?

Cheers!

ah i see i have made a mistake.

the compression fittings are used on the cases with 'custom' in the title.

the other ones are comprised out of our XSPC kit listings as they represent better value to the customer.

as they come in a box it is not possible to change it.

you could however, ask sales to create you an order for technical to build using the individual components

post in the CS section for mine & 5UBs attention and we will sort it out for you.

I placed an order for the watercooled phenom with 240mm radiator a couple of days ago. I was wondering:

1. if you would be able to add a 140mm Radiator to the loop to cool down a gtx 770

2. if the Eisberg Prestige Jetstream CPU Liquid Cooler's pump that comes with the water-cooled phenom would be powerful enough for the loop.

I don't really need the hdd trays so 140mm radiator would fit in the front.

cheers.

these are sent out with the intention of being cpu only loops really.

the problem with adding another rad is that the pump isn't really designed for that sort of application.

for you to add a 770 to the loop, and another rad, there would be big restrictions and the pump would struggle.

its a good pump, but not really designed for multiple rad and block loops.

the other problem is that to add these extra components, you would need to pull the loop apart and add them in which would mean we wouldn't really be able to support you.

Thanks for your reply.

I see. shame really as it is a small case but can accommodate dual rad. would you be able to provide this as an extra option with my order? or should I order the pieces separately?

many thanks.

We can't sadly as you would need to include the GPU block into the loop making it impossible to install onto the card after.

If you have a plan in your head of a complex WC solution then it is best to do it yourself.

If you are dead set on that plan, maybe consider a post in the water cooling section asking for some advice. That way people will present you with some more options you may not have considered

You guys are kind of missing the point.

If you want to watercool GPUs, then these products aren't really aimed at you and you are beat looking at a custom solution

Hi Guys

We have sold a few cases now and pictures have been taken and are being prepared for the site

Ello, i was looking at purchasing the 750d version. I was just wondering how often would the liquid need to be changed?

Hi, we suggest to refresh and flush the system around every 18 months, you can probably get away with longer than that if you opt for the default coolant [mayhems pure water]. this keeps things nice and fresh.

it is very easy to do.

You say that but many wouldn't have a clue on how to do it. It may put them off from going this way.

I'm looking at that 750 and wondering how I would do it? How would you top it up? I can't see an easy way without taking the reservoir out?

It would be nice to have some answers and maybe even a guide. :)

the instructions from the kit ship with the case. they include detailed maintenance instructions :)

not sold any 350Ds with them in yet. quite odd given the popularity of the case.

we did a Ronin yesterday which looked pretty epic so we took pictures of that!
