New PreBuilt PC from OCUK stuck on 100mbps when internet is 350

Hello guys, i just bought a new pc from OCUK, it has a 3700x, 3060, and a msi b450 tomahawk max ii, now iv updated all drivers since having it, only had it since wednesday, and just got a cat6 cable, which plugs straight into port 1 on my virgin router, i pay for 350mb, but speed tests on this pc says 100mb, my dad has an antique pc which is doing speed tests at around 360-370mb
any ideas>

yes, iv just ordered another cable, due to not being able to to unplug the other one being used, went and ordered a cat7 cable claiming 8gb transfers

Try forcing 1.0Gbps full duplex (select the network device in device manager, go to the advanced tab and select speed & duplex in the property box) as it could be windows being wonky with auto negotiation and setting it to 100Mbps full duplex.

Does the PC report it's connected to the router at 100mb or 1gb? Have you tried the latest driver from the Realtek site?
