As above really. I bought a primo mobile Laptop for my sister from OCUK as soon as they came out but only recently got round to trying a DVD on it. However much to her dismay it refuses to play DVD's ![Frown :( :(](/styles/default/xenforo/vbSmilies/Normal/frown.gif)
Have tried numerous different players, drivers, codecs everything i can think of but still every time i try to play a DVD in Media Player i get the same error message.
"Windows media player cannot play DVD video. You might need to adjust your Windows Display settings. Open display settings in Control Panel, and then try lowering your screen resolution and or colour quality settings"
Now one of the main reasons this was bought was so she could take it to Uni and use it to watch DVD's on etc. Obviously this is a bit of an issue and im stumped. I have tried what it suggested about lowering resolution etc but still to no avail.
Anyone who has one of these able to point me in the right direction or has come across similar problem?
