old epson r220 has given up the ghost, anyone know the cheapest printer that prints on dvd's and is economical, maybe even takes compatables?

cheers

Not sure on price you mean, but I can only input I use a "All In One" Canon Pixma (M600R).

It does nice CD/DVD Printing and comes with all the Hardware/Software you need to make good prints minus the discs (USA copyrights means they do not get the Disc Tray we get in EU).

Yes very as it takes single colour carts not the normal 3 coloured ones.

Its cheaper for the non R (wireless) version, advise you shop about as price can vary lots.

Its not as chunky as that in real life (pic makes it look taller) and it cost nowhere near that nowdays or even when I bought it.

I will never again use another brand apart from Canon.

As I said, unless you need Wifi, save cash and get non R model (M600), the M800 does even more like scan even higher and have attachments for slides/35mm film if your into that stuff.
