I've recently acquired a qidi xmax 3d printer. Does anyone have any experience with them? I'm also not sure what to start printing

I started off too fancy, I did a batman figure which went pretty well but the printer decided not to print the last few layers. I've done a few small cubes, and then tried a wonderwoman symbol, but that went quite poorly. Ended up a stringy mess, not sure why.
