New problem (screen capture)

I'm supposed to be able to capture a screen shot using the "PrtScn" key but nothing happens when I press it; just updated driver etc from Microsoft for the Natural MultiMedia keyboard so it shouldn't be that.

Never tried before so dunno if it was working previously.


All ideas welcome on how to ...
1) get the key working
2) capture a screen shot

Just got back to this; sorry to take so long to reply.

Thanks people; It was as you suspected, I'm old and useless!! ..... I was expecting "something" to happen as I pressed the key.
