new problem

hi i have just installed some new fans except only one of them could bwe plugged in (long story) so i plugged it in and now when the power goes to the system all the fans spin for a second then stop for a second and so on. what could this be?
and is there any way of fixing the problem
i dnt have a spare power supply and also i am low on funds atm after paying vet bills fuking rip off they are.

have you tried unpluging the new fan and powering on? maybe its causing a short?

i took out the fan and now ntohign is happening

are you getting the LED's lighting up on mobo?

sounds like it
try unplugging from wall and unplugging power lead, leave a minute and plug it all back in, see if the LEDs come on, if not then yeah its dead

its a miraclei use a surge protection tower plug thingy cost me a bomb and for some reason were ever i plug in my pc when the fan is installed it kills that plug in it so i unplugged the fan and plugged in a different surge protectin and it works yay
just gotta figure a way of plugging in the fans without plugging into the motherboard and hopefully still either use pwm or have hand control for them
