@ cablemod, when will your new cable combs be available and if its not till February which e22 cable comb would you recommend ?

Also if anyone has installed the red/black version id love some photos if the front as well as the cable management behind :)

Just found some of your posts on another forum cablemod and your reply on the facebook page to the cable comb, youve answered my question :) when will more p2 red + black come into stock btw, they went out pretty quick

I'll put my pics and a quick review up when I get the time to tear out the old stuff. Will wait for them lucky competition winners first though (bare in mind, although I have a Fractal R4, I will be heading in Phanteks Enthoo Pro direction soon)

More stock is in the way to OverclockersUK and should arrive within the next 10 days!

Sounds good - whats your first impression of our cables?

Very well packaged, braiding is great. Certainly a lot more flexible than Corsairs ribbons.

Couple of points I will make are in regard to options.
1. Would be nice to have them available as single cables (8 pin, 24 pin etc) as I doubt everyone would use them all (nice to have the option though )which would reduce cost a little.
2. Couple of cable combs. I think most people will buy these anyway so why not include a few?
3. Sata cables are needed now, get to it! ;)

I'd say unnecessary.
I plug the power cable into the mains and PC but leave it switched off and regularly touch the metal on the case before doing anything and have never had a problem.
They are pretty cheap so if you want peace of mind then you can get one

What's kits fit a Seasonic Platinum-860 (SS-860XP)?

None of our sets is compatible with the XP(1) - our SE-Series has been designed for Seasonic's XP2 & XP3.

Are you sure that your PSU is XP(1)? It must be fairly old then.

Thanks for the reply, I bought it in 2011 so it's a few years old now.

This is the same one: http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CA-015-SS&groupid=701&catid=123&subcat=2383

Is it still no joy?

I suggest that you send a quick email to the support team of OCUK to find out which version of the Platinum Series they are shipping - some SKUs may be outdated and they could be shipping the new version already.

In your case if you bought yours in 2011 then Im very certain that it is the older version that is not compatible with our SE-Series.

Thanks for the confirmation, I will double check on my PSU tonight to see if I have the XP2 verison. If not i'll have a excuse to upgrade :p
