New Project - advice please

This is my first real gaming computer, so I am looking for some advice on how to complete the rest of this project. I have the below components

Intel Core i7-3770K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor
Asus P8Z68-V PRO ATX LGA1155 Motherboard
Corsair XMS3 16GB (4 x 4GB) DDR3-1333 Memory
Asus GeForce GTX 970 4GB STRIX Video Card

Can anyone help me finish off this build?

Budget is around £300 for the remaining components, possibly including mouse / keyboard within the £300.

Any help would be really appreciated!

The budget for the remaining components is £300-£400. I already have the listed items ready to put in the system.
