Finally finished my new watercooling rig :

Danger Den Dual bay acrylic reservoir
8ft Danger Den Clearflex 60
8 x Danger Den High-flow barbs - 2x 3/8-1/2 barbs.
2 litres distilled
Pentosin G11 Coolant
PT-Nuke
Invisible UV-Blue dye
3 x Yate loon 120mm clear case fans (blue leds) - D12SL-12 controlled by :
Akasa Super flower fan controller.

10w Laing DDC Pro (Blue impellor - moddable) pump.
HWlabs Black Ice GT Stealth 120.2
EK 8800GTX acrylic top
EK 150 multioption reservoir
6ft Danger Den Clearflex 60
8 x EK high flow barbs
1.5 litres distilled
Zerex super coolant
UV purple feser UV dye

I doubt that will happen for some time lol - bought the case and cooling so it would be more or less future proof (as future proof as pc components can be).
 
That's the same case as mine :D There's almost enough room to get inside the case when your building your PC :D That setup looks pretty cool :cool:
 
Post a pic of your pc over in the mountain mods thread in the pc case section m8, be good to have a little more info/help/opinions from another UFO owner.
 
Yeah I know what you mean, they look very 'industrious' and dont have that sleek plain look many cases such as lian li have. I was unsure of the look too - hence my other thread (UFO or tj-07) but there is no denying its the ultimate case for watercooling. I honestly cant think of any other case that gives you the space and possibilities this does and that even without modifying it!

Yeah, no problem :D although mine's not as bling as yours - I've just got the standard chrome fan covers, and no watercooling :)

Hey, Messiah, don't dis the MM cases, or I'll come and find you when I'm next visiting the in-laws :p My wife's originally from Newton Aycliffe - I'm originally from Darlington (Darlo :p )
 
looks well, but i detest the silver/chrome/stainless steel plates around the fans.

blue looks ace, pink would have been better ;)

is there any advantage getting one of these if im not going to watercool?
 
Not really, the advantage is in the space you have available. Most cases require cutting to fit a pa120.3 (there are a couple of exceptions - stacker for one). If you are aircooling then case airflow will be huge but it will also be disrupted if not setup correctly. I certainly wouldn't pay the massive amount of cash if I had no plans to watercool tbh.

Anyone who prefers pink and black over blue and black for a pc case needs help imo :p. I personally like the SS thermochill grills - enhances the cases industrious look rather than trying to hide it imo. Horses for courses I guess :)
 
My camera is dodgy I reckon, been playing with it tonight ad I reckon the auto focus thing is fubar- it looks like its in focus on the lcd ut then goes out of focus when I take the pic :(. I spent too much on this build to splash out on a camera.
