New Proposed PC - Thoughts?

Hi all,

I appreciate there are hundreds of these posts, but I’m interested in any feedback regarding my proposed PC specification.

My primary usage is web development (Rails, Node), video editing (Premiere), visual effects (After Effects) and server/container administrative tasks (lots of VMware, Docker, etc.)

I only consider myself a casual gamer, but have high standards and am interested in VR (I have been playing with the Oculus Rift DK2).

Finally, I currently have two Dell 27” P2715Q 4k IPS displays.

So here’s my proposed specification:

would you rather have CAS13 2666mhz RAM or CAS15 3000mhz
