New protein series and core

Just picked up p2905_GCAA_TETRALOOP_HAIRPIN_SREM which needs FahCore_80 and is worth 333 points. Just waiting to see how long the first frame takes to get an ETA.

Urk. Almost 40 min for the first frame so it looks like 65 to 70 hours to complete.

but i DO have 4-5 2124s running (get about 200ppd out of them)

I have had to do too so far which are worth 392 points. Well i had to leave my P4 rig to do it... :rolleyes:

They're GROST core - think it's GROMACS with some modifications - and the PPD is generally pretty bad.

Yes, I had 5 2124s and 2126s but the last one is running at the moment. Most of them were replaced by 1499s which was nice then a couple of 1495s and finally the weedy 2905. And that process has -advmethods set too (assuming I've got it right).
