From the Demo's I played, Fifa was clearly worse in terms of graphics (they weren't as sharp, specular and normal maps weren't as clear leaving surfaces looking rather flat, noticable on shirts and buildings behind the training camp). The deadzone of the PS3 joystick is a killer and the almost loose nature of the analogue sticks means pulling off the required stick is a lot more difficult than on the Xbox360.
Nintenjo said there was absolutely nothing in the PS3 and Xbox360 versions of Sega Rally except on Xbox you get Live and rumble in the pad.
So I'd say on both today that Xbox360 is the superior of the two.
