New PSU advice

Hi

Currently looking for a new PSU. Spec as below.

i5 750 at 3.8ghz 1.232 core volts

2 sticks dd3 1600mhz

2 samsung f3 500 gb

Ati radeon 5750 (not clocked)

2 x 140mm yate loon

3 x 120mm yate loon

scythe kazemaster fan controller

I dont plan to do SLI etc but I would like a PSU to last 3 years plus

Do you think I could get by with this ? OCZ StealthXStream 2 500W Power Supply

Or is the 600watt more appropriate?

The 500w is more than enough. My rig (in siggy) pulls a max of 334w at the wall and even then only by running Prime and Furmark stablitiy test both at the same time. Normal gaming useage is 224-276w depending on the game.

My OCZ StealthXStream 600watt lasted about 8 months so if you're looking for 3 years...... :rolleyes:

These new ones are better units. Here's a review of the 600w version. I have had a play with one and they seem to be ok. Quiet too.
