New PSU advice

im thinking of buying this PSU:

but i just wanted to find out what people thought of it, as theres no reviews on the shop site yet :cool:

are there any other options for a similar price?
im running a simple rig thats not overclocked at all.
x4 955, 4gb ram, 4870 & 2 hard drives with a couple of system fans.

thanks for the link.
i have kept reading about antecs and corsairs when it comes to PSU's, they seem to be the best available in many peoples eyes.
for a few quid more am i better off going for the antec then?

Yes.

Its actual manufacturer of that particular PSU is Seasonic, who arguably make the best PSU's in the world.

Seasonic PSU's are usually the best PSU's around.

Seasonic make and design PSU for a large number of manufacturers.

Bequiet
Corsair
Antec
XFX

etc.

But it also varies on the particular PSU in the model range, the 750W Antec high current gamer is made by Delta Electronics for example.
