New PSU anyone already got one ??

Hi all my Kingwin psu is on the way out i think and hasn't been a brilliant psu anyway so i am looking to get this one http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CA-013-CS&groupid=701&catid=123&subcat=. Just wondered if anyone had one and basically how good are they i have read plenty of reviews but not always convinced by them so would prefer some user views .

nope , but I got the 620w , and I love it, it's quite, powers everything I need, best PSU i've owned.

So my bet would be it will see you good for many years as mine has.

Its Corsair so it will be good, but you dont need 850W, go for the 650 which is on this week only offe and save yourself a small fortune

Ive got the 1000W version which was a major step up from my previous power supply. A lot of people will say that's overkill but my previous power supply couldn't sufficiently power my system, I was getting read write issues just transferring data from one hard drive to another. If I tried to do anything more than access more than 1 drive at once I was losing data. Anyway, I'm very impressed with the Corsair's build quality. It was a lot bigger than my previous one and due to this half of it hangs out the back of my case. This is probably part due to the size of the PSU and part due to my case being an old Coolermaster which was out long before these new breed of PSU.

Thanks for that guys good to know. 95th i know it's overkill but i would prefer having the extra if i need it then buy one now and then next year have to buy another i figure 850 is going to see me ok for a few years . I have a 700w one now and although i think it is faulty i would rather have the peace of mind of having an 850 over getting smaller if you see what i mean. I have a tsunami dream case so should be ok for fitting it as the one i have is larger then any one i had previously and that fits with some spare .
