New PSU Help

I am looking for a new PSU as i believe my 750w CIT just is not cutting it.

I have the PC in sig on a M3A770DE Mobo.
Also have 7 Fans, 1 HDD and 1 DVDRW

I have been looking into the following two as i don't have much money but want to get sure i get something that will allow me to overclock a bit and will last awhile. I know the OC sounds funny but my PC currently freezes when i over clock or when I play games at high settings.

OCZ StealthXStream 2 600W Power Supply

Coolermaster Elite Power 500W Power Supply

Any help would be nice Thank you all as always

The OCZ, and BeQuiet are both 80 plus certified, whereas the Coolermaster only has 70% efficiency. The BeQuiet looks like the best PSU for the least money for your system.
