New PSU Help

hi i am looking at a new psu as my old antec earthwatts 500 is quite old now and i will be upgrading the rest of my pc over the next 6 months i thought to go for around 750w just to be safe for future upgrades

i was looking at this corsair

mainly as i want to buy the prebraided white cables for a black/white themed build
(im not very DIYish so wouldnt do this myself)

although i now see these cables are almost as expensive as the psu itself ,
its still my eventual goal

just want to know if there are any other recommendations wether this psu is known for problems or is good?

price range i guess 200 including the cables

How about getting a white psu? Which comes with black cables. You keep your black/white theme but don't need to buy extra cables!

I was thinking about that too.
the interior of case is black with white exterior so that would work too i think.
I do really like the braided cable look though.
there's no other reason for braided cables apart from "less tangled" and the aesthetic is there?

Yeah it's purely an aesthetic thing I think. Some psu's even come with braided cables now - the one I linked has some but not all braided.
