Definitely get that PSU over OCZ.

I can recommend the OCZ PSU. I'm running a StealthXStream and it gives no issue at all.

Perhaps you'd want more than 400W if you're planning on upgrading in the future?

Seriously, get that PSU i suggested over OCZ. I've known OCZ PSUs to blow up... and you're getting more wattage and other specs, for less noise and less money.

Ok, so this is what I am going for.

No, reason, just going for cheaper. I'm all that sure about upgrading mb's.

Reason for going for the p43 over the one that is in my basket?

Well the cheapest P43 is less than £10 more expensive, which is worth it in my opinion. Better on-board graphics, better overclocking... just better in every way really. You could look for a used P35 board also.
