Hi, All.

I would like a new PSU.

I was going to do Crossfire 5870's, but had to RMA one. And now because ocuk no longer sells them I do not know what will happen.

Anyway I would like a PSU which will be good enough for Xfire 5870's or Xfire 6950's. But I am also considering going the SLI GTX570 route in the future.

I currently have a 600w OCZ modxstream.

I have been looking at:

OCZ 850W Z Series 80 Plus Gold
Thermaltake Toughpower XT 875W
Lepa B Series 850W

I'm now looking at the OCZ ZX 850W which is fully modular and also a black unit.
The Lepa 900w G series is also the same price but the warranty is only 3 yrs as oppose to 5yrs with ocz.

Either that or get a 2nd hand Corsair HX1000 of the MM for £100?

I'm now stuck.
I don't want to get the OCZ now because there seems to be a common fault with them.
But I am now looking at the Corsair AX850 which is fully modular, or the Antec High Current Pro 850W which is not far off fully modular.

The Antec is £20 cheaper, and is a great PSU.

The AX850 is fully modular and it also has a fan speed thing where it doesnt spin up till around 20% load (if i remember correctly) then it speeds up again at around 50-50% load. But its £20 more again over the Antec.

There is a good alternative - http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CA-000-XF&groupid=701&catid=123&subcat=1497
