New PSU or not?

I am currently running the following

Intel i7 5820k
32GB DDR4
Gigabyte X99 UD4 MB
EVGA 960 4 GB
Samsung 850 pro SSD
DVD writer drive
Corsair all in one cooler
One system fan

I am thinking of adding one or two storage drives soon.

I also run 2-3 USB devices I.e

Mouse keyboard and USB hdd

I am currently running corsair 650 psu

I am having some minor teething problems with USB speeds sometimes fluctuating and a CPU

I have ensure all setup is fine.

Just wondered if the PSU was my bottle kneck?

So, you USB transfer speeds fluctuate and your CPU is doing what?

I know that early Corsair units weren't very good and I've personally had at least 2 go on me (might be three, can't remember), but 650w is more than enough power for your computer - assuming it isn't dying that is..
