New PSU or stick?

So current specs:

AMD 5800x mild overclock
MSI X570 board
64GB RAM
2 SATA SSDs
1 pcie SSD
360mm AIO cooler and a ton of case fans

At the moment I'm running a 1070 and my old Corsair HX850, from literally 10 years ago, which is solid. It doesn't have the extra 4 pin CPU power, which evidently I dont need anyway, as my system/CPU is solid and stable but..... Thinking about possibly maybe getting a new GPU, maybe a 6700x.

I'm kinda 50/50 on whether I should get a new power supply with it. Kinda thinking if it ain't broke.....but it is 10 years old .... But it is a quality unit.... Meh........

Opinions please.

Age is not the most important factor its usage if its had a hard life then probably yes change it but normal use 6 to 8 hours a day i would be happy to reuse it.

Even with the 6800 XT (as it doesn’t have the 6700 XT) it estimates 664 watts and recommends a 700W to 750W PSU, so your 850W should be fine.
