With a recent watercooling accident I killed my PSU.
Had a kingwin 1000w PSU (mach 2 model or something) so a kind of unheard of brand psu i guess. Was 4=5 years old now anyway.
Havent got much cash as I just got £200 watercooling stuff and that was alrady stretching my budget (am a student).
Im running a p8z68V-lx asus board with an i5 2500k @4.5Ghz. Nvidea GTS 450card. Corsair force 3 GT 120GB SSD. 8GB corsair vengeance RAM. and an EK 240 HFX watercooling kit. a few fans.
What power PSU do you think I need and any recommendations? I cant afford a new 1000w (which i think was overkill anyway- it was second hand form a mate which is why i could afford it back then)
£100 is probably my max and i'd like to keep it lower if possible, hence why i dont want to buy a hell of a lot more power than i need. I wont be expanding any time soon i dont think.
would 750W cut it or is that too fine?
