Okey Guys, My Hyper is dying - its making the whining noise..... :mad:

So i need something that is dead silent or as close as.

Must be able to run:

e6600
P5N-E SLi
2x8800gts (just waiting for a cheap one on MM)
3xHDDs
2xDVDRW
Watercooled northbridge and cpu

So i recon a 600 or 700 max

Looking to spend 70ish...

But must be as silent as poss.

Maybe the 620W version because you are going SLI

I can't hear mine over my CPU fan. It's single 120mm fan is very quiet.

720 is a bit of a overkill, to be honest. The Corsair 620 will do the job, but slightly over budget, worth it though.

Hmm... my missus is still going on at me about how we could have put the £550 I spent on my upgrade 2 months ago to better use. They never quite understand do they... its a bit like the offside rule and reverse parking.
