new PSU, unknown connector?

i have just received my new thermaltake 680W PSU i got from clearance and it has all the standard ones + one that looks like a cpu fan connector, i was just wondering if this connects to the PWR_FAN connector on the mobo as the PSu has separate connectors just for the case fans and they seem to make the fans a bit slow

Its possible its a rpm monitor for the psu fan

I cant say that from here but I dont think so. No manual I presume, maybe phone up and ask ocuk ?

Or try and find it on tt website
