I've just bought a new Asus P5N32 SLi Deluxe nForce4 SLi X16 mobo but my psu doesn't have the required 8pin power connector.

I'm looking to get a 500-600 watt psu, but can't seem to find one with that connector on. Can someone recommend a psu pls? i'm also going SLI shortly

check out the full spec of the fsp(sparkle) epsilon.
The spec on their site states:

* 8 Pin 12V which supports double CPUs and supplies stable voltage
* 4+4Pin Connector design, complying with the requirement of CPU for ATX or EPS system

Not sure if either of those are the correct ones for your board as that's the first time I've seen a 8 pin socket for the cpu, but worth looking into.

the Enermax Liberty 620W ELT620AWT ATX2.2 Modular SLI Compliant PSU (CA-024-EN) has 8 pin connector but i bought one on Friday and it only boots once and then you have to leave a day before it will switch on again :( , i will try the 580 w tagan next as my old 480 never lets me down
