New PSU

Sorry if this isn't the right forum. I Was previously recommended upgrading my PSU from my "Hi-Power 800watt", and now have £70 to spend.

I don't need SLI CF (but if it is a modular PSU, it doesnt matter because i can detach the cables right?)
I would like it to be future proof- able to power a 7950 equivilent in 3 years time

You dont need more than 700W, as time goes on... In 3 years time I wouldnt be surprised that all that is needed is 300W to run a top end system... As time goes the chips run cooler and more effiecent.
