zero chance of that happening, the B3's will still sell fine purely & simply because not everybody knows or cares about G0 chips, some folk don't know the difference & just want a quad, pronto.

Agreed, this sounds like some places are trying to clear their stocks of B3 chips. Not a problem if the G0 cost more. As much as I dislike the price hike, OCuk might have the correct tactic here.
 
Someone said that they have read on a reliable source that intel have shiped another 2000 gos to england?

Yep, just gave them a bell, the G0 is back to Pre-Order status online, and apparently not due in until the 23rd. :(


Saves me hitting F5 on my outstanding orders every 20 seconds...

mine is here, straight into my p5b delux, stock vaults 334x9=3ghz.

posting this as its still going with all the tests, itunes running, several sites open etc, still responsive.

amazing.. I know I'll almost never use what this chip can do in the short term but I'm amazed.

800mhz, 30% oc on stock volts with pretty basic watercooling.
