At the moment I have an Antec P150, it's very quiet but I don't really like the look of it any more, its too... white (and the front is a bit plasticy).

Anyway I am thinking of replacing it with something just as quiet (if not quieter) but also a lot nicer looking. It runs an X2 4400 at 100% 24/7 so cooling has to be upmost as well as being quiet, I also don't want it to be much bigger or heavier than the P150 as I move it around a lot.

At the moment I am thinking maybe a P180, but I am not sure what other cases to have a look at. I know Lian Li do some cases that will be just up my street but there are too many choices.

So any help please :)

i would take a look at the lian li range something like v2000b looks nice....thinking of upgrading my pc-7+ to one of these

I think the V2000 is rather large though isn't it? I am also looking for something that is designed to be very quiet not just resonably quiet like a lot of supposed quiet designs.

Lian Li s80?

The V2000 is an excellent case, but hasn't really been designed with silence in mind. Having said that, the components inside make a far bigger difference to soundlevels than the case does.

My PC noise consists of Nexus/acoustifan fans at 5-7v, hitachi HDD's and a zalman GPU cooler @7v (as well as the stock neoHE PSU). So pretty much as quiet as you can get. :)

I am very happy with the noise of the case it's just I am a bit bored with the case and have never really liked the look of it.

I quite liked the look of the PC-101 but had a look on SPCR and they don't rate the case that highly. It is also more expensive than what I really want to pay (Same with the S80 probably but I'll have a look into it.) :)
