New Radiators / Fans / both?

I'm currently looking at doing a "re-fit" of the system in my sig.

I'm planning on putting in a load of Acrylic panels into the 900d.

I currently have:

10x Noctua NF-F12 PWM fans; I'm considering either painting them or replacing them with the NF-F12 PPC Industrial fans.

These are on 2x XSPC AX480 Radiators & a AX240 Radiator.

Anyway with this in mind, I just saw the thread about the new EK XE radiators.

I'm really tempted to replace the radiators with these; the performance of them looks amazing.

I'm pretty on the fence about how much of it to replace.
Basically the question I'm asking is do I:

A) Use the NF-F12's with what I have currently
B) but the NF-F12 PPC's for my current rads
C) Replace the rads with XE's and use the NF-F12's I have
D) Replace both rads and fans (NF-F12 PPC's or EK Vadar's)

I imagine the NF-F12 fans with the radiators you have at the moment will offer 98% of the performance of fully upgraded fans and Rads. More a question of whether one must have the most ideal config possible which is always my weakness lol. I personally would stay with the parts you already have and just paint the ugly Noctua fans.
