I bought some new RAM off of the MM and got it all put in on Friday, it was 4x4GB sticks of 1600MHz Vengeance LP.

My PC has froze and instantly rebooted twice since having it in.
I ran memtest to check while I was out of the house and this is what came up.

I don't have a clue what any of it means so if anyone can tell me that would be great.

Start testing each slot with 1 stick until it boots with 1 stick in that particular slot. Check to make sure it boots with all the slots

Test each stick with a normal boot, then run a memtest on it.

Do this with each stick, one at a time until you rule out a possible goofed stick.

I've no idea what any of the memtest stuff actually means though :/

I understand how to test it but have no idea what any of it means.

See all that red? = bad.

Do what I said until you have figured out which stick/slot is causing that massive string of errors.

You first have to figure out if it is the motherboard or the RAM, so get 1 stick, put it in the first slot and do a memtest for a few passes, if that stick returns no errors use that same stick in all the slots.

If it returns no errors still, then you have ruled out the motherboard. So continue to test each stick on there own until you find the bad one.

A memtest that is successful will display nothing in the bottom half of the screen.
