So, I grabbed some of the G.Skill ram when it was dirt cheap since my PC needed the boost, and this means messing around with my voltages and so on to get my PC stable. It was previously happy with these specs:

But I had that memory running at 1.665V where as this stuff is only tested at 1.5V. (Though looking at the corsair website, that stuff had only been tested at 1.5V so I have no idea why I was running the ram voltage so high there).

Anyway, the main question is should I push the ram voltage back up that high, or is it likely to cause damage/reduce the lifespan of the ram? SEcondly, is there anything else I can change/voltages I should increase to try and get this stable? I was pretty happy with my 3.85Ghz clock, and I'd rather not lower it, but ig that's needed to get this larger ram in then there's not much choice.

Thanks!
