So my little upgrade turned into a whole new build basically.
Gigabyte Z97X-SLI Intel Z97 and Intel Core i7-4790K 4.00GHz and i have this RAM from my old build :

They may not be compatible with the mobo/cpu combo but should i be looking at new RAM anyway ??
( Had them £30 cheaper from OC in May 2013 too
)
