New RAM - Suggestions

Hi guys, I currently have this RAM:

TeamGroup Vulcan GOLD 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 PC3-19200C11 2400MHz Dual Channel Kit (TLYD38G2400HC11CDC01)

I have this MOBO:

Gigabyte Z87X-OC Intel Z87 (Socket 1150) DDR3 ATX Motherboard

I was wondering if someone could suggest some new RAM, as I believe my current memory is causing my pc to freeze up.

I can't check if this is the case as I have no replacement RAM to swap in.
 
A few other suggestions,

Latest BIOS flashed onto the board?

XMP setup?

Try a single stick of RAM at a time.
 
I have flashed the latest BIOS and I set XMP up this morning. It hasn't crashed since I set the XMP, but I am just hoping for some suggestions in case it does crash.

I tried a single stick of RAM a few days ago and had no issues. So I am trying to just see if it's all of the RAM (due to a recent Power surge) or maybe MOBO or PSU. PSU is brand new though, 1200w Superflower one.
